Scout Media Hit With Involuntary Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Petition

Scout Media, an operator of a network of college sports websites, is scrambling in the face of creditor pressure. The company on Thursday was hit with an involuntary Chapter 11 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan. Scout has until Dec. 23 to respond to involuntary petitions. Failure to respond would make the bankruptcy official.
