Cat Barber’s disappointment continues unwanted Wolfpack draft tradition

Once is chance. Twice is coincidence. Three times is a pattern. So it was almost inevitable as the NBA draft wound down Thursday that the conversation on social media would eventually turn to the recent misfortunes of N.C. State underclassmen turning pro before their college eligibility expired. After 60 selections, including 11 other point guards, Cat Barber’s name was not called.
