Gab Major Repeats As ACC Field Hockey Player Of The Week

For the second week in a row, Tar Heel sophomore Gab Major has been honored as the ACC Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Week. The forward from Royersford, Pa., tied a school record with five goals in UNC’s 8-3 win at No. 4 Virginia on Friday. Major scored UNC’s second, third, fifth, seventh and eighth goals and also assisted on the first as the Tar Heels improved to 10-1. (GoHeels.com)
