The irreplaceable Stuart Scott

They were supposed to watch the Super Bowl together. Fred Tindal was going to fly home from Abu Dhabi, where he’s stationed with the U.S. military, and the two of them were going to kick back with football and memories. Perhaps they’d reminisce about the first time they met — about 35 years ago in the high school weight room when Tindal needed a spotter, so Stuart Scott walked over to introduce himself and lend a hand.
