Martin Report: UNC scandal academic in nature, not an athletic scandal

An internal investigation led by former Gov. Jim Martin into academic irregularities at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill revealed that, dating back to 1994, there were no anomalies outside of the African and Afro-American Studies Department and the scandal was academic in nature, not an athletics issue.
