The NCAA’s clean bill for UNC brings howls

UNC-Chapel Hill’s announcement Friday that the NCAA continues to find no violations related to an academic scandal at the university that predominately benefited athletes has drawn criticism and disbelief from national sportswriters and others who follow college sports. (Raleigh News & Observer)
