Panel investigating UNC academics to meet Wednesday

A panel investigating possible academic fraud at UNC will meet Wednesday – the group's second meeting in two months. The panel plans to meet again on Thursday. Former North Carolina Gov. Jim Martin will work with a consulting firm to see if academic irregularities within the university's African and Afro-American studies department began prior to 2007, and if so, how widespread the problem was.
