Taken by ambulance to a local hospital to combat dehydration Tuesday, Dynamo midfielder Alex Dixon was shaken. He couldn't help but think of his friend and former University of North Carolina teammate Kirk Urso, a Columbus Crew rookie who had died recently. Dixon and Urso, both 22, had known each other since they were on the U.S. national team's under-15 player pool.
