People in the hallways of the Alumni Center on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus look over the memorial program for Carrboro farmer Robert Hogan, who died last week. Hogan rose to local celebrity by caring for UNC mascot Rameses, as generations of his family have done. Officials say people filled nearly 900 seats to capacity, plus standing room and overflow into the hall.
