Meghan Klingenberg scored the game-winner and had an assist as the top-ranked women's soccer team beat eighth-ranked Texas A&M, earning the first Progress Energy Performer of the Week honors for the 2010-11 academic year. Klingenberg scored the game-winning goal and had an assist in the second half as the No. 1-ranked Tar Heels opened the season with a 3-0 win over eighth-ranked Texas A&M.
