Former UNC Field Hockey All-American Caitlin Van Sickle Retires from USWNT

U.S. Women’s National Team defender and 2016 Olympian Caitlin Van Sickle has announced her retirement. As a Tar Heel she was a three-time team MVP, three-time first-team All-America, three-time ACC Defensive Player of the Year, won two ACC Championships, and played in the NCAA title game all four years, winning a championship in 2009.
