Chase Rice Recovering After Undergoing Surgery Due to Music Video Injury

Chase Rice is officially on the road to recovery after going under the knife to repair a torn pectoral muscle that the singer suffered from during a music video shoot. While filming the “Eyes on You” music video in the California wilderness, Rice ended up doing some damage to his chest muscle and scheduled an appointment to fix the tear before it took a turn for the worst.
