UNC Prioritizing Experience Over Capacity on Football Game Day


UNC’s decision to upgrade Kenan Stadium’s seating at the expense of reducing capacity is rooted in a continuing effort to enhance its fans’ game day experience. In an era of flat-screen TVs, mobile apps, various streaming services and hundreds of televised football games, schools have been tasked with improving their product to entice fans off their couches.
