No surprise this week that a lot of questions from Tar Heel fans centered on the quarterback position and the decision by head coach John Bunting and offensive coordinator Frank Cignetti to name Joe Dailey as the starter for Saturday's season opener. All you really need to know about the decision can be capsulated in one statement Cignetti made to a group of reporters following Tuesday's practice: "There is no substitute for playing the game," Cignetti said.
