UNC has a few things going for it in its pursuit of Zamir White.White is from Laurinburg and is surrounded by Carolina fans from a town that has produced quite a few Tar Heels in the past. He grew up a UNC fan and has been to Chapel Hill many times. With the program primed to put two backs into the NFL this year, UNC can sell that it will preserve a back physically.
