UNC offers 2017 five-star QB Tua Tagovailoa

North Carolina has offered class of 2017 quarterback Tua Tagovailoa out of Honolulu, Hawaii, Ryan Bartow of 247Sports reports. A 247Sports Composite five-star prospect, Tagovailoa is an Alabama commit. Currently, UNC has 14 verbal commits for the 2017 class. The Tar Heels would sign an elite quarterback for this cycle if it is the right type of talent.
