A.J. Blue thrilled to be back at UNC as assistant strength coach
Posted Sep 8, 2015
After spending a year coaching his son’s Pop Warner football team, A.J. Blue got a phone call last spring he’ll always remember. UNC “coach (Larry) Fedora called me and told me he had a strength job for me and he wanted me to take it,” said Blue, who played for Fedora’s first two Tar Heels’ teams in 2012 and 2013. “I took it and it’s really exciting to be back with football at this level.”
