UNC OL commit Jay Jay McCargo looking to improve, build relationships

Jay Jay McCargo, an offensive tackle from Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington, Virginia, is the ninth-rated prospect in the state of Virginia and the 35th-best offensive lineman in the class of 2016, according to the 247Sports Composite ranking. The 6-4, 290-pound lineman held offers from Alabama, Auburn, Michigan and Miami (FL), among others, and is one of the highest-rated commitments so far in North Carolina’s 2016 class.
