2016 QB Chazz Surratt to visit UNC and decide soon

Four-star dual-threat quarterback Chazz Surratt (Denver, N.C./East Lincoln) will visit North Carolina this weekend and plans to make a decision between the Tar Heels and Duke shortly thereafter. UNC and the Blue Devils are tied at the top. Wake Forest and Vanderbilt are behind the two Tobacco Road rivals.
