4. North Carolina Tar Heels: It's worrisome that the Tar Heels have major questions in the trenches on both sides of the ball, and an ongoing QB battle hasn't added much stability on offense. But the strong finish to 2013 makes Carolina a trendy Coastal pick, and in Year 3 under Larry Fedora there's a sentiment that the Heels are finally ready to take the next step.
