NCAA rule keeps UNC's Fedora, other college coaches from visit to Texas high school coaching clinic

Because of a new NCAA rule that excludes all NCAA Division I coaches from speaking, or even attending, the THSCA coaching clinic, North Carolina’s Larry Fedora’s had to cancel his appearance. “I disagree with it 100 percent,” said Navasota head football coach Lee Fedora, Larry’s brother.
