QB Anthony Ratliff Commits to UNC


North Carolina landed its top quarterback target in the 2015 class on Monday as Anthony Ratliff committed to the Tar Heels, sources confirm. The 6-foot, 179-pounder at Matthews (N.C.) Butler also held offers from Clemson, N.C. State and Mississippi State. Ratliff passed for 2362 yards and 30 touchdowns his junior season at Butler, and rushed for 1,443 yards and 20 touchdowns.
