UNC's Jonathan Cooper named Outland finalist

Jonathan Cooper is one of three finalists for the Outland Trophy, which has been awarded since 1946 to the top interior lineman in the country. Cooper is the first Outland finalist from UNC and could become the first ACC winner since 1979. Cooper hasn’t allowed a sack this season and was named a midseason All-America by SI.com, ESPN.com, The Sporting News and Phil Steele.
