Tar Heels aren’t going Coastal just because they can’t officially win division


Suddenly the idea of finishing first in the Coastal doesn’t seem quite so far-fetched anymore. If coach Larry Fedora and his high-powered spread attack go down to Miami and take care of business on Saturday, UNC will be squarely in control of its own destiny in the division. And it doesn’t seem to matter whether a trip to the ACC Championship Game in Charlotte is at stake or not. (Wilmington Star News)
