OL Jake Thomas commits to Mississippi State

Mississippi State picked up its 17th Class of 2013 pledge Wednesday with a commitment from Jake Thomas (Columbus, Miss.), multiple sources report. The Bulldogs won an in-state battle for Thomas, who also received scholarship offers from Ole Miss and Southern Miss. North Carolina and Stanford were among the other schools recruiting the 6-foot-5, 300-pound three-star prospect. (ESPN.com)
