UNC showing high interest in DB Elijah Shumate

DB Elijah Shumate (6-1, 205) of Ramsey, N.J., has around 30 offers and recruiters from most of those schools have been thru this spring including South Carolina, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, USC, California and Oregon. Some of his other offers are Penn State, Pitt, Alabama, Miami, Tennessee, LSU, Virginia Tech, North Carolina and Wisconsin. He does not have a favorite but has stated that some of the schools showing him the most interest include South Carolina, UNC, Rutgers, Penn State and Connecticut.
