While No. 19 North Carolina’s defense delivered another stout performance in the 31-17 victory over in-state rival East Carolina, it was the Tar Heel offense that held its coming out party behind T.J. Yates and a pair of true freshman wide receivers in Erik Highsmith and Jhay Boyd. UNC’s offense carried over the momentum from last weekend’s come-from-behind 12-10 victory, rolling up 433 total yards of offense. (Inside Carolina)
