For the Tar Heels, this will be their first chance to hit the road and take a trip as a team, and for some of the players, such as freshman A.J. Blue, the trip to Hartford was their first-ever flight on an airplane. “First of all, I’ve never been on a plane before, so I don’t know about that. I’ll have the jitters,” said Blue earlier in the week. “I felt like I got my feet wet the first game, so I’m ready to play against UConn."
