Cam Sexton leaves as both student and teacher
Posted Jan 18, 2009
Cameron Sexton saved the University of North Carolina's football season, and now he plans to enroll in a Division II school. A redshirt junior, he will graduate from UNC on time with his original class in May, but still has a final year of eligibility and intends to use it elsewhere. To his credit, and, frankly, to the credit of a fine set of parents, Sexton leaves a mature young man who has done all he could for Carolina and its football program.
