Maybe the light was in Zach Frazer's eyes. It might have been in Desi Cullen's, too. Three interceptions from the arm of its first-time starting quarterback and three blocked punts from the foot of its veteran punter put a painful end to the UConn football team's hot start Saturday night. North Carolina pounded 24th-ranked UConn 38-12 before 59,500 fans at Kenan Stadium, a game that was marked by a partial blackout.
