High school principal, Super Bowl champion, former UNC defensive lineman Riddick Parker dies at 49


, the principal at George Wythe High School in Richmond and member of the 2001 Super Bowl champion New England Patriots, has died. Parker played defensive tackle for seven seasons in the NFL. The Emporia, Virginia native and UNC student played for the Seattle Seahawks, New England Patriots, and Baltimore Ravens from 1997 to 2003. (WTVR.com)
