Doug Justice likely out for season

Monday, September 19, 2005

North Carolina will likely be without middle linebacker Doug Justice for the remainder of the season after the fifth-year senior broke the fifth metatarsal bone in his right foot in Saturday night's 14-5 loss to Wisconsin. It could be the end of an up-and-down playing career for the 23-year-old Justice, who has already redshirted one year. The Tar Heels will give junior Victor Worsley his first career start at middle linebacker Saturday at N.C. State. Durell Mapp, a sophomore from Burlington, will back him up.
