"I have been going to Kenan for a long time and we just don't seem to get it as fans," Fowler writes. "The time to cheer (loud) is when we are on defense with a third and long, after or during something good happening on offense, not at critical times while we are on offense. Inevitably our students start the back and forth "Tar" -- "Heel" cheer as the team is coming up to the line of scrimmage."
