Eggs, bacon and bonding


Tailback Barrington Edwards recently started a Friday morning tradition he hopes will positively impact North Carolina's inconsistent running game: Feeding his offensive linemen a great big breakfast. The eating meetings at Sutton's -- where very little football is discussed -- are meant to further bond a group whose team ranks 110th out of 117 NCAA teams in rushing offense. "They eat -- and they eat well," Edwards said, grinning. (Raleigh News & Observer)
