Anthony Ratliff-Williams Re-Signs With Oakland Raiders

Former North Carolina wide receiver and kick returner Anthony Ratliff-Williams signed a reserve/future contract with the Oakland Raiders on Monday. Ratliff-Williams ended the season on the Raiders' practice squad and will now get a full offseason with the team in hopes of cracking their 53-man roster in 2020.
