Jonah Melton finds off-field role with Tar Heels

Jonah Melton’s ongoing knee ailments were enough to end his college football career.
He’s still hanging around the UNC team, but in a different capacity. Melton, an offensive lineman out of Eastern Alamance, has taken a role as a student assistant with the Heels’ strength and conditioning staff. Melton has indicated an interest in pursuing a career in that field.
