19 Tar Heels Named to NFL 53-Man Rosters

Saturday was the deadline for NFL teams to cut their rosters down to 53 players for the opening week of the season. 19 Tar Heels made the cut and 10 survived until the final week of preseason before being let go. Players not making a roster will become free agents or potentially be named to the practice squad. Here's who's in and who's out to start the season:
