UNC fan's raffle prize swiped at a fundraiser
Posted Apr 22, 2006
Susan Worley is a rabid Carolina fan, so when she had the chance to buy a $2 raffle ticket to win a basketball autographed by UNC coaches Roy Williams, Bill Guthridge and Dean Smith, she bought one. The good news? She'd won the raffle. The bad news? Somebody had stolen the autographed basketball from the Kiwanians, so they didn't have it to give to her.
