He won't be 20 until June 19, but Marvin Williams has already closed out his first NBA season with the Atlanta Hawks. Williams was drafted after being at North Carolina for just one year for long-term potential, but showed enough production to be selected to the NBA All-Rookie second-team in voting by the league's coaches. Rookie Raymond Felton of the Charlotte Bobcats was also voted to the second-team. (Inside Carolina)
