Fork in the Road: Dailey rebounds at UNC

Joe Dailey's fortunes appear to be turning. He's found security in Chapel Hill and enters the summer as the front-runner to be North Carolina's starting quarterback. "Joe's got a great opportunity," said Frank Cignetti, North Carolina's first-year offensive coordinator. "Not everyone gets a second chance." The Tar Heels will operate the West Coast offense, but Cignetti, who worked in the NFL with Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy, expects a better Dailey than Husker fans saw.
