DOT reinstalls Tar Heels championship sign vandalized on I-40 in Raleigh

Department of Transportation officials have replaced a sign celebrating North Carolina's championship men’s basketball team that was stolen earlier this year. The sign, congratulating the team on their 2017 NCAA win, was placed on Interstate 40 near PNC Arena, home to the NC State basketball team, earlier this year. The sign was quickly vandalized and stolen. (WRAL Sports Fan)
