Andrew Miller named top pitcher

North Carolina junior left-hander Andrew Miller was named ACC pitcher of the year and was one of four Tar Heels to earn all-conference honors when the league handed out its postseason awards Monday. Also chosen to the All-ACC first team were former Orange High shortstop Josh Horton and outfielder Jay Cox. Right-hander Robert Woodard received second-team accolades. The Tar Heels, who won the Coastal Division title, were one of five teams with four selections.
