Turns out 'Public Enemy No. 1' is really a 'very nice guy'

At Kettering, where Wallace is involved with helping students, they see the Pistons' forward differently than most of the public. There, Wallace is not "Public Enemy No. 1," as he once declared himself because of his negative image among some NBA fans, but a benefactor, mentor and friend. "I don't see the arrogance," Howard said. "He wants to help. He is patient. I have not seen any of that [negative stuff]. It's like these were his kids and he's working with them."
