Heels take strong arms to Alabama

They have a towering left-hander with top-of-the-draft pitching ability. They have a hard-throwing right-hander who likes to take afternoon naps before firing 96-mph fastballs. There's the cerebral former high school state chess champion who proves right-handers can be crafty, too. North Carolina is counting on the talented trio of juniors Andrew Miller, Daniel Bard and Robert Woodard to pitch the Tar Heels past Alabama this weekend.
