North Carolina Outfielder Awaiting Clearance to Play for Kingsport Mets

The Kingsport Mets already have a big draw in buddy superstar Wilmer Flores. The talent level may not be the same, but the recognition might be even more when Seth Williams, a four-year starting outfielder for the highly-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels, begins playing for the team -- possibly as soon as this weekend.
