Roy Williams goes to ballgame
Posted Jun 17, 2006
Roy Williams, the basketball coach at North Carolina, was in Rosenblatt Stadium for the Tar Heels' CWS opener against Cal State Fullerton last night. Williams said it was his first time attending the CWS. "I've always wanted to come," Williams said. "I love college athletics." Williams, who played baseball through high school, said he hoped to take part in some CWS staple activities - including grabbing a milk shake from the Zesto's ice cream shack across the street from Rosenblatt.
