A year ago, North Carolina men's basketball coach Roy Williams spent his offseason scrambling to compile the top-ranked recruiting class in the nation. This summer, he's plotting how to mesh those six new freshmen and seven savvy veterans into the top team in the nation. "[We'll] try to play faster,'' said Williams, whose game plan regularly includes flooring his team's gas pedal.
