Wake Forest signee Jaylen Hoard knows where to improve


Jaylen Hoard knows what he signed up for — both figuratively and literally. The 6-foot-8 senior forward at High Point Wesleyan wants to be pushed to greatness, and that means hearing things that aren’t always positive. “That’s mainly why I chose Wake,” said Hoard, who signed with Wake Forest in the fall. “I want coaches to push me. I don’t want to be average.” (Winston-Salem Journal)
