UNC moves tip time up for rivalry matchup with NC State

The women's basketball game between the University of North Carolina and NC State University scheduled for Thursday night has been moved up to 4 p.m. due to the likelihood of dangerous and worsening road conditions later in the evening. All fans making their way to Carmichael Arena are advised to use extreme caution and take extra time to arrive safely.
