Former Tar Heel Golfer Ashley Prange Wins FUTURES Tour Event


Former Tar Heel golfer captured the championship at last week's Horseshoe Casino FUTURES Golf Classic in Hammond, Ind. Prange, from Noblesville, Ind., fired rounds of 71-71-72 for a two-under-par 214 total for her second win this year on the Duramed FUTURES Tour. The win moved Prange to No. 3 on the Tour's current money list. Earlier, in mid-March, Prange picked up her first win of the year, the Greater Tampa Duramed FUTURES Classic in Riverview, Fla.
